1. Respect and Kindness
Treat every member of our community with respect. We're all here to create and enjoy music together.

- Constructive feedback: When commenting on others' creations, focus on the content rather than personal attacks on the creator

2. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Generated Music
The rights to music you generate depend on your subscription level:
- Pro Subscribers: You own your generated content and may use it for commercial purposes, including streaming, licensing, and monetization
- Free Users: You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Copyright Considerations
While we grant you rights to your generated content, please be aware that copyright protection for AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction. Copyright offices in some countries may not grant full protection to AI-generated content. We recommend consulting with a legal professional if you plan to commercially exploit your creations.
Respect Others' Work
Do not upload, share, or use copyrighted material without proper authorization. This includes uploading copyrighted songs for stem separation or using copyrighted lyrics in your prompts without permission.
3. Voice Cloning Guidelines
Voice cloning is a powerful feature that comes with significant responsibility. Misuse of voice cloning can cause real harm to individuals.
- Your own voice: You may freely clone and use your own voice
- Others' voices: You must obtain explicit, documented consent from any person whose voice you wish to clone
- Public figures: Cloning the voices of celebrities, politicians, or public figures without their express consent is prohibited
- Deceased individuals: Cloning voices of deceased persons requires consent from their estate or authorized representatives
- Impersonation: Using voice clones to impersonate others, spread misinformation, or deceive listeners is strictly forbidden
- Deepfakes: Creating content intended to falsely represent someone saying or singing something they did not is prohibited
4. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not allowed on RoccstarAI:
Sexual Content

- Content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance - immediate permanent ban)
- Non-consensual sexual content
Violence and Harm
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence
- Terrorist content or support for terrorist organizations
- Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
- Graphic violence or gore
- Threats of violence against individuals or groups
Misinformation
- Deliberately false or misleading content intended to deceive
- Fake news or fabricated events
- Health misinformation that could cause harm
- Election or voting misinformation
Illegal Activities
- Content promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Content facilitating illegal weapons or firearms trafficking
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes
- Content that violates any applicable laws
5. Spam and Manipulation
Maintain the integrity of our platform by avoiding:
- Spam: Excessive posting, repetitive content, or unsolicited promotional material
- Fake engagement: Using bots, purchased followers, or artificial means to inflate plays, likes, or followers
- Misleading metadata: Using irrelevant tags, descriptions, or titles to manipulate discoverability
- Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform
- Malicious content: Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
6. Sharing and Privacy
Understand how your content is shared on the platform:
- Public content: Songs marked as public may appear on your profile, in search results, and on our homepage or featured sections
- Private content: Private songs are not indexed or featured, but may still be accessible if you share direct links
- Shared links: Anyone with a direct link to your content can access it regardless of privacy settings
- Downloaded content: Once someone downloads your public content, you cannot control how they use it (subject to our Terms of Service)
7. Enforcement
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a warning and remove the offending content
- Content removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform
- Temporary suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension
- Permanent termination: Severe violations or repeated offenses will result in permanent account termination
- Legal action: In cases involving illegal activity, we may report violations to law enforcement
We review each case individually and strive to apply enforcement fairly and consistently. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
8. Reporting Violations

9. Appeals

- Our decision on appeals is final
